To secure your booking, a deposit may be required. This deposit confirms your reservation for our services at your event.

2. **Full Refund Guarantee**:
We offer a full refund on cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event or delivery date. This provides you with flexibility should your plans change with ample notice.

3. **Partial Refund**:
For cancellations made less than 2 weeks but more than one week before the delivery date, we can offer a 50% refund. This policy reflects the closer proximity to the event date and the preparations already in motion.

4. **Non-Refundable Deposit**:
If a cancellation is made less than one week before the delivery date, the deposit will not be refunded. This policy acknowledges the significant resources allocated to prepare for your event at this late stage.

5. **Full Payment**:
Some services and goods may require full payment upfront before the services are rendered. We will clearly communicate these requirements during the booking process.

6. **Rescheduling**:
Should you need to reschedule your event, we will not impose any additional fees, offering you further flexibility to ensure our services align with your event's new timing.
